
•Delivery is available nationwide.
•Orders are processed Monday – Friday, except for Public Holidays.
•Goods will be despatched once full payment reflects in our bank account.
•Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery
•All shipping takes place via door-to-door delivery
•Shipping fees are 0 to 5Kg – R100, above 5Kg – R160
•Please choose an address for delivery where you would be available during office hours
•If in any way you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days from when you received your order.
•Please note that all goods must still be sealed and in the original packaging.
•The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.
•No returns will be accepted if the goods have been altered in any way due to health and food safety regulations.

•After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the goods returned, we will process your return.
•Please note that refunds are processed by Payfast and are only requested once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
•Refunds will be credited to the same card or PayFast account used to make the original purchase. Should payment be done via EFT then the account used for the EFT will be credited.
•All orders are refunded in South African rand only.
•Once the refund is processed, it may take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.
•When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your order and are processing it.
•Once the order and payment has been processed, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped, as well as tracking information.
•Orders submitted on a weekend will be processed on the Monday.
•Payments can be made using Credit Cards, Debit cards through Payfast or EFT.
•Order cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever and it has not been dispatched yet, a 10% handling fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded to you. If the order has already been dispatched, our returns and refunds policy will apply.
•If any goods are damaged or short on delivery, Sasha en Skillie will replace or refund the goods damaged or delivered short.

•Please note: We do our best to make sure that our goods are checked and packaged correctly. Once you receive your order, please check that you received your order in full and in good condition.
